Frustrated?

Do you remember when we were younger and we thought we looked F A T in pictures? And now….. IF only we looked like that now, right? Well, sista, chances are we’re probably not going to look like that again! Let’s face it, we’ve aged, put on weight, have gray hair and have hair growing where we don’t want it! OK, I get it, but quit feeling sorry for yourself and let’s do something about it together! If you’re young (under 40 and thin) stick with me anyway, you might learn something for the future! Hey, look on the bright side, if you’re reading this, you still have your eyesight and must have enough money for a smartphone or a computer, right? So, you’re ahead of basically 86% of the world’s population!

Weight loss is an ongoing and extremely frustrating, irritating, depressing, disheartening, discouraging (you get my point) problem. However, did you know, it only takes 45 days to make something a habit? If you try just one thing, such as change the mid-morning donut for fruit, you might be amazed about how proud you’d feel. And don’t go reward yourself with a mid-afternoon candy bar! How about drink more water? What about cutting out the late night snack? Try eating on a salad plate vs. a dinner plate? So, this week, I’m going to challenge ya’ll to try to change just one teensy tinsy change and make it DAILY! You can do it!! Just remember whoever snuck the “s” in “f a s t food” was a clever little creep!”
